Each year the MAGS Art Show is a highlight on the school and community calendars, and a showcase for the talents of more than 115 exhibiting artists from around New Zealand and our own talented MAGS arts students.

2023 is the MAGS Art Show’s 10th year. This is a time to acknowledge the longevity and success of our Art Show and to celebrate our current artists as we move into our second decade.

The 2023 MAGS Art Show will be held on the 28th - 30th July in the FW Gamble Hall, Mt Albert Grammar School, Alberton Avenue, Mt Albert. Preparations for this year’s show are well under way and we look forward to celebrating our anniversary in style!

Undoubtedly, the success of this major fundraising event also relies heavily on sponsors, suppliers and prize donations from businesses and individuals in our community. We are very grateful to those who generously support us each year.

In 2023 the MAGS Art Show will be donating a portion of the profits to the MAGS Arts Department with the remainder going to the Lion Fund which was established in 2021. This fund was established to offer financial assistance to those families and students who require just that little bit more support for their schooling activities. This will assist as many students as possible to gain access to and participate in opportunities that will enable them to achieve their potential while at MAGS.

Your generous donation will go toward a pool of money supporting our students with such things as uniforms, access to devices, or participation in sport/activities that they may not have been able to without your generosity.
